One photo gets you an S–E grade, muscle-by-muscle scores, and the weak point you've been ignoring — first scan's free.
Example result — demo values, not real user stats.
One angle, graded S–E, every visible-muscle score. No card.
All four angles — written verdict, weak points, body-fat estimate, uncapped overall grade.
Rescans, progress comparisons, and Improve — your training and diet audited against your actual scan.
Training history, substances, injuries, health — anything the photo can't show. Not medical advice.
No reviews to fake and no experts to name-drop. Here is what CutRank has actually done, and exactly how it decides.
Every scan is judged against these bands — the same ones written into the grading instructions. Nothing is tuned per user, and nobody gets a softer scale for paying.
The model commits to a band before it writes a single number, so the letter on your card and the scores behind it can't drift apart.
Your card shows a 1–10 score instead, given twice: once against everyone, once against people who actually train. One point is one standard deviation, and the gym scale is the harder of the two by design.
Under-18, explicit, multi-person, blurry, dark, or badly cropped photos are rejected instead of guessed at — and a refused scan doesn't spend your free scan. A tool that grades everything you feed it isn't reading anything.
It also can't see what a photo can't show: training history, substances, injuries, or health. Those limits are stated on the result, not buried.
Muscle size is judged on frame width, projection, insertions, and limb girth — cues body fat can't fake. Leanness is scored on its own line as conditioning. That's why a soft big physique and a lean small one don't collapse into the same middling number.
Each angle is only scored for what it can actually see. A front photo never returns a back score.
The first scan is free and needs no card — an email only, so your result and any purchase can be restored later. Payments run entirely on Stripe; card details never touch CutRank. Pro cancels from the Stripe portal in two clicks.
Your photo is resized on your device, sent once for the scan, and never stored by CutRank or used for training.
First scan is free — one angle, fully graded. The £5.99 Full Body Audit unlocks the other three.
First scan's free. £5.99 once unlocks the full audit.
Payments run on Stripe. Pro renews monthly and can be cancelled anytime from the Stripe portal.
If you want encouragement, ask a friend.
"Shoulders carry this photo. Chest is less visible from this angle, so the torso read is cautious. The gap is the work."
"Width is real, thickness isn't. Lats flare, mid-back disappears. Rows are being skipped or rushed."
"Quads say you train legs occasionally. Calves say you don't. Nothing here matches the arms in your front scan."
Sample verdicts written for illustration — the format and tone are real, the people are not.
Front, back, legs, or arms. Your first angle is free.
Resized on your device, sent for this one scan. Bad photos get refused.
Visible muscle groups get a 0–100 score. Hidden areas don't get guessed.

£5.99 once — written verdict, weak points, body-fat estimate, uncapped overall grade.
£9.99/month to re-grade after a cut, bulk, or PR. Cancel anytime.
Example distribution — not user stats. Lighting, pump, pose, and body fat all move the result.
It grades what the photo gives it — nothing more.
CutRank looks for visible size, shape, separation, and how much trained tissue is actually readable in the image. If a muscle is hidden, it should not get a confident score.
It compares what is visible across the frame: upper to lower, front to back, left to right, and whether one area is carrying the whole photo while another is lagging.
Leanness, definition, and softness affect the read. Body fat is shown only as a rough visual estimate, not a body composition measurement and not medical truth.
Lighting, pose, pump, camera angle, cropping, blur, clothing, and body fat can all change the result. Bad inputs get a bad read, or no read at all.
The exact path of every upload.
Before anything is uploaded, the photo is downscaled and converted to JPEG on your own device. The original file never leaves your phone or computer.
The resized image travels over HTTPS to our server for a single purpose: this scan. It is not written to a database, a gallery, or a feed.
Anthropic's model reads the image and returns the grade, processing it under its own terms. CutRank does not store the photo and never uses it for training.
The result card and photo preview live only in your browser. Payments run entirely on Stripe — card details never touch CutRank.
